Formed in 2009, the RKML Visiting Committee was established to aid the library by
gathering the talents and ideas of residents who may be unable to serve on the Board of Trustees. The VC was originally founded to include mostly weekend residents but has now expanded to full-time residents as well. It does this by acting as an advisory group to the Board and the Director. The VC brainstorms topics as requested and makes suggestions. The Board of Trustees will consider all suggestions and depending on available resources will execute as it sees fit.

The VC is an open forum. All suggestions and ideas are open for discussion. Past topics have included fundraising, programming, physical plant, and one-off events.
