These web sites may be accessed in any public library in the county. If you are using a computer outside the library for example at home, you may be asked to enter a password. Your password is your library card number and your PIN is the last four digits of your phone number. If you don’t have a library card, it is very easy to get one. Visit your local library and show some proof that you live in that town.
