TABLES OF CONTENT - A North Salem Dinner Series to Benefit the Ruth Keeler Memorial Library

Tables of Content is a dinner party series celebrating great literature, food and conversation. Each cocktail party or intimate dinner has a theme, most based on a book of the host’s choice. Join your North Salem neighbors as we gather to honor famous literary works and the power of community. We thank the hosts for opening their homes and sharing their favorite books.

By the Light of the Harvest Moon – Sold Out!

Come join us in Mill Hollow to observe and celebrate the harvest moon. Enjoy cocktails and farm-to-table delicacies from our friends at Farmer & The Fish.

Dinner at Rivendell Sold Out!

Part of the original Woolworth Estate, 310 Mills Road was given the name from Tolkien’s masterpiece, The Lord of the Rings. Savor a candlelit supper around an open-wood fire under the trees.

In the 1920s, Dorothy Parker gathered the literary luminaries at the Algonquin Round Table. Come dressed as your favorite literary character to our round table, which happens to be rectangular, and discuss, imbibe and dine on Nov 9.

Shadows from the Past

Dine at the original home of George Juengst Jr., whose family brought electrification to North Salem. Return to dining by candlelight, as did all of North Salem in the years before the Juengsts.

The Tale of Genji

United Nations
