Join Assessor Karen Futia at the library on Tuesday, March 19th at 7:00. She will answer questions such as: Is your tax assessment fair? how do you find our and what what can you do about it? Are you eligible for an exemption: STAR, Veterans, Disability, Volunteer etc. Free and open to all

Kent Patterson, author and expert on the history of Westchester County, will talk about his book and sign copies. This is a jointly sponsored program with the Town Historian and the NS Historical Society. It is also the library’s annual meeting and there will be drinks and snacks. Free, open to anyone with no registration.

Make your own butterfly out of a clothes pin, candy and decorations. for kids in grades K+ Wednesday, March 20th at 4:00 Free and no registration

Conversation with Local Gardeners meets monthly on the second Saturday of the month at 10:00 am. Bring your questions and ideas to this informal group of local expert garden enthusiasts. This group is free, open to all and requires no prior registration.



for the 2019 Keeler LIbrary Fair/Book Bake and Plant Sale, May 4 – 5, 2019 poster contest.
There are three age groups and prizes will be awarded to the winners of each group and to the overall winner. The overall winning poster will be used to advertise the Library Fair: 0-12 years old, 13 – 18 years old, adults.

The poster size must be 12″ x 18″ (no larger or smaller). We have paper you can use.
Artwork must be original in concept and execution.
The poster must include the following information: 2019 Library Fair, May 4 – 5, Ruth Keeler Memorial Library, 276 Titicus Road, North Salem, New York. All submissions must include a signed Poster Contest Agreement Form and an Entry Form. Please fill these out when you bring your entry to the library. Please put your name and age on the back of the entry.

All entries must be received by Saturday, March 19th at 5:00.
